Diagnosis
Malar space large, 0.6X as long as height of eye; frons bright golden-green; mesoscutum black with metallic blue tinges with weak reticulation, raised in anterior 2/3, engraved in posterior 1/3, notauli as narrow grooves in posterior ½; femora dark brown; tibiae pale brown with apex yellowish-brown; propodeal callus with four setae.
